This excursion will first take us to Le Havre, famous for its architectural city centre, the only one from the 20th century that has been awarded the UNESCO World Heritage status. We will continue along the coast to one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on this stretch, the small village of Étretat, which is surrounded by high chalk cliffs on both sides. These also provide natural protection for the city from the dominant winds. Charming castles, manor houses - and of course the outstanding chalk cliffs, which have been captured in countless paintings by well-known painters, determine the cityscape.

Join us on this fascinating excursion! You will get to see some of the most beautiful chalk cliffs in Normandy, which have already been captured in countless works of art by famous painters. Explore the village and its old market and enjoy a panoramic view of the snow-white cliffs. Afterwards, change your perspective on the Alabaster Coast and glide through the sea with your board and paddle. Experience the cliffs up close and enjoy a magical moment.

Afterwards you will continue on the 'Flowery Coast' to Deauville. This prestigious seaside resort dates back to Charles de Morny - a half-brother of Napoleon III, who in just four years in the mid-19th century created a seaside resort with neo-Roman villas, a race course and railway connections to Paris. In the beginning of the 20th century, luxury hotels and casinos were added and the international reputation grew. During a little bus tour along the Atlantic you can marvel at these stately buildings.

As Les Andelys is plural and consists of the two districts Le Petit Andely directly on the water and Le Grand Andely a little further inland. Immerse yourself in the exciting stories that this place has in store for you. The walking tour takes you past the Gothic parish church and the equally Gothic Notre Dame to the market square with its numerous stores in Le Grand Andely.

From the ship, we first take a bus to Place Blanche with the world-famous Moulin Rouge. Then we take a leisurely walk through the narrow artist's alleys up to Montmartre and the worth seeing basilica Sacré Cœur. From the forecourt you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the center of Paris with its landmarks like the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. Afterwards, in your free time, stroll through the charming alleys with their artists and small cafes before heading back down and back to the ship by bus.
