Take a deep breath and attune to your inner self. Let Fabienne be your guide to mastering this art. Our mental health and mindfulness coach will guide you through daily mediation sessions in the morning and show you how to breathe consciously. For your excursions, Fabienne will suggest ideas to reflect upon. Her workshops will focus on resilience, emotions, mindfulness and food. Finally, join her for an evening of introspection and leave with a sense of inner peace.

Our expert Health & Lifestyle Coach will roll out the yoga mat for you. Every day, she will show you how to set the course for relaxation for your body and mind. In addition, Ulrike Homuth will give three lectures to whet your appetite for a balanced diet, the right fitness and better health.

Having studied Communication Design, our illustrator has worked with numerous magazines, publishers and agencies – and now she will be working with you. In two different workshops, you can create holiday memories to give away to loved ones or to keep for yourself. After all, let’s face it, do you really want to give up your self-drawn watercolour postcard of cities and river landscapes, or your hand-painted bag? The ultimate highlight of your trip: being hand-drawn by Tanja in the lounge.

Both on board and on day trips, you will work together to find the best light, angles and camera settings for your favourite subjects. We’re inviting exceptional artists aboard A-ROSA. Over the course of two evenings, you will be able to experience authentic and handmade music in a relaxed setting. Our skilled dance instructor really knows his way around the dance floor. After all, he has his very own dance school, runs a venue and even judges dance competitions. On board, he will get you dancing step by step - with a disco fox lesson for couples and two line dance lessons open to everyone. Plus, he’ll whisk you away on a journey through the history of dance in the multimedia talk 'Dance Around The World'.

Picture the fun times ahead. Harry, the cartoonist, will guide you through two incredible drawing sessions to bring out your inner artist. On the road, he will conjure up picturesque memories of every destination. And 'Make a wish - the world's fastest drawing show' will leave you breathless with its speed and wit.

If you’re after that radiant beauty, then you need to be on board A-ROSA. With nearly five decades of experience under her belt, the beautician and alternative practitioner is a sought-after beauty expert. She is a co-founder of the German Thalasso Association, a trained specialist in traditional Chinese medicine - and an excellent speaker. In her insightful talks, you will learn about holistic approaches that have a positive influence on graceful ageing. Plus, you'll uncover the secrets of inner and outer beauty through mindfulness. And beautifully practical is also the beauty workshop - supported by Thalgo, our spa partner.

Trained by European artists such as the musicians of the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra, the Rosin Octet has conquered the big stage at the Guimarães Clássico and Szczecin Classic festivals. The ensemble has also worked with renowned concert masters such as the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2023, they performed the European premiere of “Octet” - a work by musical visionary Harry Sdraulig. The subsequent tour through Germany and Switzerland was a success. Guests can experience these world-class classical musicians firsthand on board.
TRUE CRIME
WITH HARIETT DRACK
As a reporter, she’s been following leads for 40 years and is known for her suspenseful police and court reports. Today, she works as a freelance author and writes for a well-known German crime format, among others. In true crime talks on board, she will shed light on real-life cases, hot off the press from her book. You will enter the world of crime, get to know the author personally and can ask her Questions about the cases, her work and the art of writing.
