Collect Points

As a member of the A-ROSA Customer Club, you automatically earn bonus points on your cruise fare and on-board spending. These points are converted into credit and can be redeemed when you make a new booking.

You earn points for:

• the cruise fare (excluding additional services such as transfers or insurance)

• on-board spending (e.g. excursions, drinks, spa, on-board shop)

Please note that each Club member only earns points for their own individual cruise fare and not for any other trips you may have booked. You will also receive corresponding bonus points for all on-board expenditure paid for by you.

Example: As a Club member, you book a river cruise for yourself and your partner totalling € 4,000 and pay the joint on-board expenditure of € 350. In that case, you will receive 4,700 points (travel price € 4,000 ÷ 2 people = € 2,000 + € 350 = € 2,350 × 2 points per euro = 4,700 points). If your partner is also a member of the A-ROSA Club, she will, of course, also receive the 4,000 points for her trip.

Yes. Points are not awarded for certain cruises, for example:

• discounted cruises (PEP, travel agents, press)

• prize cruises or special bonus cruises

• cruises where A-ROSA is not the tour operator

If all travellers on a booking are Customer Club members, each will receive their share of the points based on the cruise price of the booking. Points for on-board expenditure are always awarded to the Customer Club member who pays the bill on board.

Tip: If several members wish to earn points on board, bills should be paid separately.

Example: € 2,000 travel price per person = 4,000 points per person = € 40 credit per person

A-ROSA will also offer promotions with so-called ‘multiplier points’. If, for example, a ‘triple points on your booking’ promotion were to apply to the example above, you would automatically receive € 120 in credit instead of € 40.

The points will be credited automatically after the cruise, within 7 days at the latest.

Your points will automatically be converted into a personal voucher with a voucher code. You can use this when making a new booking.

No, a cash payout is not possible.

No, the voucher can only be used for new bookings.

No, you can also collect points across several cruises and redeem them later. Please do, however, note the expiry date for the points (see notes below).

Collect points throughout the year and across years, and then redeem a larger amount towards a new cruise. You can redeem your points at your own pace.

Your points balance will automatically be converted into a permanent voucher. The value increases with every subsequent journey. You will receive regular updates on your balance and the voucher code by email.

Through the club newsletter, you’ll regularly receive your current points total as well as exclusive offers and promotions.

Your points will be converted into a cash or voucher amount. This is subject to statutory requirements, meaning that points collected at any given time remain valid for a further three years from the end of the year in which they were earned.

Here is an example:

• Let’s take the example mentioned above: suppose you booked a trip during the ‘triple points’ promotion in June 2026 and now have € 120 in your voucher account. You can then use this amount to book a new cruise until 31 December 2029. After that, the credit will expire in accordance with the statutory regulations.
