Availability / Price

If you have booked your flight through A-ROSA, you will receive your personal file key and a detailed flight plan with all relevant flight numbers and times along with your travel documents. Flight availability is limited, and all prices are subject to availability in the relevant booking class, as well as possible changes in fuel surcharges and airport taxes. The information and prices provided here reflect the status as of May 2025 and are subject to change. Flights may include direct or connecting services. You will receive your exact flight connection with your travel documents.

AIRPORT Check-In

At most airports, check-in is carried out via self-service kiosks, where you will receive your boarding pass. To complete this process, you will need a machine-readable ID card or your credit card, and your "file key," which can be found on your flight information.
If you require assistance with check-in, please contact the airline’s staff at the airport. Make sure to arrive at the airport well in advance of your flight.
In accordance with regulations, we would like to point out that detailed information about passenger rights under the Montreal Convention can be found at: www.iatatravelcentre.com/tickets. 
You can check in online starting 72 hours before departure for Eurowings or 23 hours before departure for Lufthansa and SWISS, directly on the airline’s website.

Transfer Airport – Ship

After collecting your luggage from the baggage carousel at Paris Airport, please proceed to the meeting point.

Local agency staff will be waiting for you with an A-ROSA sign:
Terminal 2F (Level 1) in front of the Marks & Spencer shop (next to the Monoprix shop and tourist information desk; seating area available), and
Terminal 1 in front of the Marks & Spencer shop.

They will accompany you to the transfer bus.

If you are arriving at a different terminal, please use the free airport shuttle to reach Terminal 2F or 1, or follow the signage to those terminals. Since A-ROSA guests may arrive on different flights, waiting times at the baggage carousel or for the transfer may occur depending on your arrival time. In some cases, our transfer buses may carry guests from multiple flights. The staff of our local agency will keep you informed of all the details.

Transfer departure times: 1:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m. (An additional transfer may be offered for later arrivals, if needed.)

Local agency staff will be present at the airport from 12:45 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Upon arrival at the A‑ROSA VIVA, please proceed directly to reception for check-in. Your luggage will be delivered from the bus straight to your cabin. All information regarding the return transfer from the ship to the airport, as well as luggage tagging requirements, will be provided by your A-ROSA team on board in good time before departure.
