To make your arrival and departure as easy as possible, we offer a convenient transfer service to and from the ship at selected embarkation and disembarkation ports. Whether you're coming from the train station or the airport, our trusted partners will ensure a smooth and comfortable transfer directly to the ship’s dock.

Transfer Danube
TRANSFER SERVICE PASSAU Train STATION – SHIP
Due to limited taxi availability in Passau, especially on weekends, we recommend booking the transfer service between the train station and your A‑ROSA ship in advance. The cost is € 12.50 per person each way, or € 25 for a round trip.
This transfer is only available on embarkation and disembarkation days. GLOBUS transfer buses will be waiting just outside the main station entrance on the left-hand side. The bus departs at around 1:45 p.m. on embarkation day. If you have any questions on the day of arrival, feel free to contact your A-ROSA ship directly – the phone number can be found in your travel documents. On disembarkation day, return transfers to the station will be arranged in the morning, and details will be provided on board.

Transfer Rhine
TRANSFER SERVICE FRANKFURT / COLOGNE STATION – SHIP
Due to limited taxi availability in the cities, especially on weekends, we recommend booking the transfer service between the train station and your A-ROSA ship and back. The cost is € 15 per person each way, or € 30 for a round trip.
This transfer is only available on embarkation and disembarkation days. To book, please send an email to: service@a-rosa.com. If you have any questions on the day of arrival, feel free to contact your A-ROSA ship directly – the phone number can be found in your travel documents. On disembarkation day, return transfers to the station will be arranged in the morning, and details will be provided on board.
Transfer departure times: 3:00 p.m.

Transfer Seine
Transfer Train station - Ship
To reach the embarkation point, we recommend booking the transfer service to and from the ship. The cost is € 20 per person and route – € 40 round trip.
The transfer service from/to the station is only available on the day of embarkation and disembarkation. It can be added up to 2 days before the start of your cruise. More information will be provided in your travel documents. If you have any questions on the day of arrival, your A-ROSA ship crew will be happy to assist you. Transfer from Paris Gare du Nord to the ship: 1:00 p.m.
Transfer from Paris Gare de l'Est to the ship: 1:30 p.m.
Transfer from the ship to Paris Gare du Nord: 5:30 a.m. | 8:30 a.m.
Transfer from the ship to Paris Gare de l'Est: 5:30 a.m. | 8:30 a.m.
