If you have booked your flights through A-ROSA, you will receive your personal file key and detailed flight schedule – including flight numbers and times – with your travel documents. The number of available seats is limited. Prices are subject to availability in the relevant booking class and may change due to fuel surcharges and airport taxes. All details and prices listed reflect the status as of print (July 2024) and are subject to change. Flights may be direct or include one or more connections. Your specific flight itinerary will be provided with your travel documents.

AIRPORT Check-in

At most airports, check-in is available via electronic kiosks. You’ll receive your boarding passes by entering a machine-readable ID or your credit card and your file key, which you’ll find in your flight information. If you require assistance, please contact the airline’s service staff on-site. Be sure to arrive at the airport well in advance of your departure time. In accordance with legal requirements, we refer you to the official information on passenger rights under the Montreal Convention, available at: www.iatatravelcentre.com/tickets If you have internet access, you can check in online via your airline’s website starting 72 hours before departure (Eurowings) or 23 hours before departure (Lufthansa, SWISS).

AIRPORT - SHIP TRANSFER

After collecting your checked luggage, please proceed to the arrivals hall. In front of the Burger King restaurant, a staff member from our partner Globus Schiffsservice will be waiting for you, holding a sign — either with the A-ROSA logo or your name, depending on the group size. You will then be escorted to the transfer vehicle (usually a minibus) and driven directly to your ship.

If you have arranged your flight independently or via a travel agency, we recommend taking a taxi from the airport to the ship. The fare is approximately € 20 to € 25 per ride. Please note that luggage may be subject to additional charges. Surcharges may also apply at night and on Sundays or public holidays. Taxis are readily available at the airport on the day of embarkation. For your return journey, taxis from the ship to the airport can be pre-booked at the reception on board at your own expense.
