Cancellation Policy for Consumers as per Section 13 BGB (German Civil Code)
Customers who are consumers as defined in section 13 BGB have a cancellation right. A consumer is defined as every natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Cancellation right
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The cancellation deadline is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the A-ROSA voucher.

and send us a clear written declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an email) of your intention to cancel this contract.
You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose; however, this is not mandatory. To comply with the deadline, it is sufficient if you send us your declaration that you intend to exercise your cancellation right before the deadline expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will be obligated to return all the payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs incurred as a result of you choosing a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), without delay, i.e. within fourteen days of the day on which we received your declaration regarding the cancellation of this contract. When returning these payments, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you incur fees as a result of this repayment.
We may withhold your refund until the voucher has been returned to us or until you have provided proof that the voucher has been returned, whichever happens earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, at all events within fourteen days of the day on which you informed us that you are cancelling this contract. The deadline will have been met if the voucher is sent before the fourteen days have expired.
